Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. Payment terms will be outlined in advance and may vary depending on the project. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or withholding of final deliverables.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances. In the event of cancellation by the client, any work already completed may still be billed.

Scope of Work

The scope of each project will be agreed upon in advance. Additional requests outside of the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Turnaround times may vary depending on project size and complexity.

Delivery of Work

Final images and videos will be delivered digitally. While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to workload or unforeseen circumstances.

Usage Rights

Clients are granted the right to use the delivered content for agreed purposes, such as marketing, social media, and internal use. The creator retains the copyright to all images and video unless otherwise agreed in writing. Redistribution, resale, or third-party licensing is not permitted without prior approval.

Creative Control

The creator maintains full creative control over the style, editing, and final selection of delivered work. While reasonable requests may be considered, final output reflects the creator’s professional judgment.

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, data loss, or circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. All reasonable efforts will be made to prevent such issues.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to locations, schedules, and any necessary permissions. The creator is not responsible for missed moments due to restrictions, delays, or lack of coordination.
